One thing which people of Solan need is a good Coaching Institute where students can prepare for IIT JEE, CAT and other aptitude based tests.Many
students from the city travels to Chandigarh in search of better
education, some even go as far as Kota-Boondi for IIT JEE Coaching.
There are many professors who are giving regular tutions and coaching
to students on subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics but
there is no comprehensive place where one can learn the mastery of the subject and also prepare for entrance exams. This results in separate
expenditure for students who are preparing for IIT JEE or other such exams.
